Below you will find some helpful Web sites in the areas of general academics, reading and language arts, elementary and middle school math, and science. These links are a beginning. More will be added as they are evaluated. We hope they help you and your child! You'll notice that some of these sites are teacher sites, however they are valuable for you, the parent, because you are your child's first and closest teacher!

Illinois Standards ISAT Sample Tests
Achievement Tests (The site above will take you to sample, practice
tests for the Illinois Standards Achievement Tests.
All students in grades three through eight must take
these tests. The State publishes the performance of
every school in our state. It is perfectly fine for you
to practice these tests with your child. These tests
will not be used for actual testing, but they are
similar and provide good practice for your
child.)
