The Keeneyville Elementary School District 20 Board of Education Meetings are held in the Spring Wood Middle School Innovation Center (2nd Floor Library), 5540 Arlington Drive East, Hanover Park, Illinois 60133 at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted in the agenda, which is posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.  Meetings will also be held virtually via Zoom.  Please sign-up to attend a meeting virtually using the link posted on the Board Meeting Calendar below.

Public Participation

The District welcomes public participation at Board Meetings and Petitions to the Board.  A goal of the District is to maintain open, two-way communication with the public and increase community participation in District activities, including Board of Education Meetings.  Please limit your comments to 5 minutes and adhere to Keeneyville School District 20 School Board Policy 2.230.  Please understand the Board will not respond to your questions and concerns during the meeting.  They will follow up with you regarding your questions and/or concerns.

  • If you are attending the meeting in-person, you may sign-up at the entrance before the meeting to indicate that you would like to make a Public Comment. You will be called to the microphone in order of sign-up to present your comment to the Board.
  • If you are attending the meeting virtually, please submit your comments via the "Submit Public Comment" link for the appropriate meeting on the above Board Meeting Calendar.  You may also email mnoyola@esd20.org with your comment.  Your submitted comment will be read aloud on your behalf at the meeting.

Board Proceedings are also recorded and posted on YouTube in an effort to promote transparency and provide additional opportunities for the public to participate in District activities.  Please visit the Board of Education's YouTube Channel to view recorded meetings - District 20 YouTube Channel.  Recordings are not edited but are posted in several segments due to length.
