This is an invitation to apply for a recently vacated position on the Keeneyville School District 20 Board of Education. This Board Member term will be from 2021-2023.
School boards develop policies that guide the administration in operating the schools. The ability and desire to work as part of a team and commit volunteer time (board member positions are unpaid, volunteer positions) are important qualities for a school board member. In order to be a school board member, a person must be:
- a citizen of the United States
- at least 18 years of age
- a resident of School District 20 for at least one year prior to appointment, and
- a registered voter
