Keeneyville School District 20 is pleased to be able to continue to offer our community partners the opportunity to use our facilities after school hours. Please note that we have transitioned to Brightly Event Management System to help to streamline our processes and provide a more convenient way to submit facilities requests and certificates of insurance online. We will no longer utilize paper forms or permits or accept email/phone requests.
We ask that all community partners seeking to utilize District 20 facilities please review and agree to the District 20’s Use of Facilities Agreement (including Terms & Conditions and Hold Harmless Agreement) and adhere to these rules when using our spaces. This includes on-time arrival for access into the building, ensuring that the outside door is not propped open, and limiting your group’s access to the space you have reserved.
