RE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR.
In Fall 2022, District 20 will offer FREE, VOLUNTARY AND CONVENIENT onsite COVID-19 testing for all students and staff for diagnostic purposes when your child/staff has one or more COVID-19 symptom.
Weekly screening testing of asymptomatic individuals will not be offered at this time.
Testing of symptomatic students/staff will not be conducted until registration is complete.
REGISTRATION:
- This year there is only one registration form - you will be asked to select the school in the form itself. (Staff should indicate the school where they will undergo testing).
- To translate into Spanish, please open the registration link and select language in top right corner.
- If you are insured, you must complete the insurance information but you will not be charged. (It will not affect your deductible, co-pay, etc.) and provide your State ID.
- If you are uninsured, please indicate this on your registration form and you must provide your State ID.

District 20 continues to be committed to the health and safety of our students and staff. To help stop the spread of illness and keep our schools open for in-person learning, we are pleased to partner with Northshore Clinical Labs to offer a free, optional D20 COVID-19 Testing Program for students and staff. Please see the detailed overview of the D20 testing program, including the testing opportunities that will be offered during the 2022-2023 school year.
Participation in the testing program is absolutely a parent/guardian decision. YOU make the choice to opt-in by completing an online registration form for your child's school.
