The Illinois Department of Human Services Mental Health Division has launched CALL4CALM a free emotional support text line for Illinois residents experiencing stress and mental health issues related to COVID-19.

To speak to a mental health professional, text "TALK" to 5-5-2-0-2-0 or for Spanish "HABLAR" To 5-5-2-0-2-0.  You can also text with key words like "unemployment" or "food" or "shelter" and receive information on how to navigate and access supports and services.
