Inclement Weather Policy

Although we do not anticipate any emergency closings at our schools, it is always best to be prepared. If at any time school is to be closed due to bad weather or other emergency situation, we will make a decision and will attempt to notify you as early as possible of this information through several means:
 
Automated telephone call, email, and mobile app notification to the primary contact information listed on your child’s school record.  It is important that we have your current contact information on file, please notify your school office as soon as possible if your telephone, cell phone, or email address has changed.

Aunque no anticipamos ningún cierre de emergencia en nuestras escuelas, siempre es mejor estar preparados.  Si en algún momento se va a cerrar la escuela debido al mal tiempo u otra situación de emergencia, tomaremos una decisión e intentaremos notificarle esta información lo antes posible a través de varios medios:
 
Llamada Telefónica, y Correo Electrónico, aplicacion movil a la información de contacto principal que figura en el registro escolar de su hijo/a.  Es importante que tengamos su información de contacto actual en el archivo, notifique a la oficina de su escuela lo antes posible si su teléfono, teléfono celular o dirección de correo electrónico ha cambiado.
