The district is upgrading to a new version of Skyward this summer, and EARLY REGISTRATION is essential to ensure a smooth transition for your student’s enrollment into the updated system. We ask that you please complete registration as soon as possible!
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT $50 off the $150 registration fee will be available for registrations completed by April 30.
We will host a district-wide, free REGISTRATION RAFFLE where one student will win a tablet at the end of each month this spring. All students (new and returning) with completed registrations (including fee payment or fee waiver approval) will be automatically entered into raffle drawings on 3/31, 4/30 & 5/30. Each student can only win one prize, but students who have completed registrations will be entered into the raffle for that month and the remaining spring months. This means families will have multiple chances to win a tablet if they register early!
In addition, by registering early you can help your child's classroom to work toward a CLASS PARTY! The district will award one class pizza party to each school (K-8) for reaching the highest percentage of completed registrations for returning students by May 16. Preschool will have a similar challenge for a Popcorn Party! Our goal for all returning students is 100% completion rate before summer begins.
Registration for School Year 2025-2026 (NEXT SCHOOL YEAR)

You must complete ALL 4 STEPS below to ensure that your student’s enrollment for next school year is complete. Please contact your school office or district office for help.
- (1) Request New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) Account
- (2) Complete New Student Registration Application
- (3) Submit Proof of Residency in District 20
- (4) Payment of Fees
(1) Request New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) Account
RETURNING FAMILIES who already have a D20 account in Skyward Family Access (for older siblings) may use that same account and log-in credentials to access Skyward. You do not need to request a New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) Account.
Go to Skyward, select "NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION" from left side menu and go to STEP 2 below to register your new student in NSOE.
NEW FAMILIES who do NOT have a D20 account in Skyward Family Access must first submit a REQUEST FOR NEW STUDENT ONLINE ENROLLMENT (NSOE) ACCOUNT as instructed below.
- Select REQUEST NEW STUDENT ONLINE ENROLLMENT (NSOE) ACCOUNT (below) or go to https://bit.ly/RequestNewStudentOnlineEnrollmentAccount which will take you to the request form.
- Complete the online ACCOUNT REQUEST FORM to request an account that you will use to access the secure registration system.
**Enter Legal First Name: This is the legal first name of the person requesting a Portal Account to enroll their new student(s).
**Enter Legal Last Name: This is the legal last name of the person requesting a Portal Account to enroll their new student(s).
Enter Legal Middle Name: This is the legal middle name of the person requesting a Portal Account to enroll new students.
Enter Legal Name Prefix: The user can select the appropriate legal prefix for their name.
Enter Legal Name Suffix: The user can select the appropriate legal suffix for their name.
**Enter Email Address: The guardian needs to enter a valid email to have their account information sent to them. This will be their login name for the New Student Online Enrollment Portal.
**Re-Type Email Address: The guardian needs to reenter the email address as an exact match. The guardian will receive an error message if the emails do not match and they will be unable to complete the application.
Enter Primary Phone Number: The guardian should enter their primary phone number, which will also become the primary phone number of the first family of the student(s) that they submit Enrollment Applications.
The CAPTCHA verification will appear at the bottom of the page on the Enrollment Portal Configuration.

Click the orange button at bottom of the Account Request Form to SUBMIT ACCOUNT REQUEST
You may receive an error message if you do not complete all required fields, or if you do not complete the reCAPTCHA (“I am not a robot”) field. Please complete all required fields. Contact your school office or email registration@esd20.org if you have any questions or need assistance.

If your Account Request was successfully completed, you should RECEIVE EMAIL WITH LOG-IN CREDENTIALS to allow you access Skyward to complete the New Student Registration Application (see step 2 below).
If you do not receive an email with log-in credentials, please contact your school office or email registration@esd20.org for assistance.
(2) Complete New Student Registration Application
New students have a different registration process than returning students. New students must complete a NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION by accessing NSOE from Skyward.
- New families will receive an email with new Skyward Family Access log-in credentials after your NSOE ACCOUNT REQUEST is approved (see step 1 above). If you do not receive your log-in credentials or cannot access Skyward, please contact your school or email registration@esd20.org and include your contact number, student's name and school.
- Go to SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS (https://bit.ly/SkywardFamilyAccessLogIn) to begin the online enrollment process. Skyward may also be accessed from the district website from the banner at the top of your webpage, QUICKLINKS --> SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS
Forgot your Login/Password? Allows you to request new account information sent to your email if you forgot password.
After clicking the Forgot your Login/Password link, enter responses to requested CAPTCHA screens. Guardians should use the email when they requested their account.
- From the Skyward home page, select NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION from the left side menu.

Read and follow the instructions carefully ad submit complete information for each step to ensure that your student is fully enrolled.
After completing each of the the STEPS 1-4, click SUBMIT APPLICATION TO THE DISTRICT. After submitting your application, you cannot make any change to the content. You will need to contact your school to correct or change any information.
You will receive a CONFIRMATION MESSAGE indicating that your application has been submitted and it will be reviewed and approved by your school. After approval, you will receive log-in credentials from your school to access the Keeneyville Webstore to PAY THE REQUIRED FEES (see step 4 below).
(3) Submit Proof of Residency in District 20
RETURNING FAMILIES (who have students who attended D20 schools previously) do not need to submit proof of residency documents. The district uses a third-party service to verify residency electronically to lessen the burden for our families. A returning family will be contacted if additional information is needed to verify your residency. Families will not be able to complete registration until the required residency documentation is provided.
ALL NEW FAMILIES (who do not have students who attended D20 schools previously) must bring the following documents to your student's school office (or district office) in addition to completing the online registration forms (instructions above Steps 1 & 2). You will only need to submit one copy of the residency documents identified below for your entire family.

3 - Category I Residency Documents (one document required)
Home ownership title, deed, or mortgage statement
Most recent property tax bill
Apartment lease (current year, signed + dated)
4 - Category II Residency Documents (2 additional documents required)

Bank Account Statement (current)

(4) Payment of Fees
To complete your student’s enrollment, you must go to the Keeneyville Webstore (RevTrak) https://bit.ly/Keeneyville_Webstore to submit online payment of required fees for the new school year.
All fees must be paid before the first day of school. Please contact your school or district office to discuss payment plans or fee waivers.

Registration Fees of $150.00 per student.

Technology Fees of $50.00 per student to ensure that we continue to be a 1:1 device district. These fees cannot be waived.

NEW FAMILIES will receive login and password to the Keeneyville Webstore after their New Student Registration Application is reviewed and approved.
RETURNING FAMILIES may log into the Keeneyville Webstore using their previous user name and password.
In the Webstore, click PURCHASE FEES and required and optional fees will appear. Select REQUIRED FEES and click ADD SELECTED TO CART. If you would like to add optional fees at this time, you may add those fees to your cart from the optional area at the bottom of the screen. Verify all items in your cart and select CHECKOUT (bottom right).

SKYWARD LOG-IN CREDENTIALS
Please use the Skyward login credentials that you have used in previous years. Select "Forgot Your Login/Password" if you do not remember your credentials, using the email that you have provided to your school.

(1) Certificate of Residence
All families (K-8) should complete the CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCE FORM confirming their current address in the district (scroll to the right or VIEW FULL SCREEN to view complete form).
NOTE: Returning Families do not need to submit proof of residency documents. The district uses a third party service to verify residency in district boundaries to lessen the burden for our families. A returning family will be contacted if additional information is needed to verify your residency. Families will not be able to complete registration until the required residency documentation is provided.
After completing the form, click COMPLETE STEP 1 AND MOVE TO STEP 2A
(2) Verify Student Information
a) STUDENT INFORMATION: Review your student’s information and update home phone, alternative numbers, home email as necessary. This information will update in ParentSquare as well.
Mark the Military box if your student is connected to a current active duty military parent/guardian.
Click COMPLETE STEP 2A AND MOVE TO STEP 2B
b) FAMILY ADDRESS: Verify that your address is correct and complete. Please contact your school office if your address has changed.
Click COMPLETE STEP 2B AND MOVE TO STEP 2C
c) FAMILY INFORMATION: Verify that all parent/guardian phone numbers and email addresses are correct. Make changes as needed.
Click COMPLETE STEP 2C AND MOVE TO STEP 2D
d) EMERGENCY CONTACTS: Verify that the emergency contact information is correct and make changes as necessary. Your student’s three (3) emergency contacts must be someone other than a parent/guardian listed in 2c.
Click ADD EMERGENCY CONTACT as needed.
Click COMPLETE STEP 2D AND MOVE TO STEP 3.

If you have a custody agreement or other court order relating to your student, answer “yes” and provide documents to your school office. Otherwise, answer “no.”
After complete entire form, click COMPLETE STEP 4 AND MOVE TO STEP 5
(5) Homeless Status
Review and complete form (scroll to the right or VIEW FULL SCREEN to view complete form).
If you are claiming your student as homeless, please select “yes.” Otherwise, answer “no.” If you have questions, please contact the district's McKinney-Vento Liaison, Estefania Bravo, at 630-894-4017.
After complete entire form, click COMPLETE STEP 5 AND MOVE TO STEP 6
(6) Submit Returning Student Registration
Review the checklist of required steps for enrolling your Returning Student. Confirm Steps 1-5 have been completed and click SUBMIT RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION to finalize the online registration process in Skyward.
You will receive a message in Skyward that your Returning Student Registration was successfully completed and submitted to the district.
In order to complete your student’s enrollment, you must complete STEP 7: PAYMENT OF FEES (see below).
(7) Payment of Fees
To complete your student’s enrollment, you must go to the Keeneyville Webstore (RevTrak) https://bit.ly/Keeneyville_Webstore to submit online payment of required fees for the new school year.
