If you have previously registered for COVID- Testing at your child's school, but you no longer wish to have your child tested on a weeky basis, please contact your school nurse to let her know that we could remove him/her from our list.

District 20 continues to be committed to the health and safety of our students and staff.  To help stop the spread of illness and keep our schools open for in-person learning, we are pleased to partner with Northshore Clinical Labs to offer a free, optional D20 COVID-19 Testing Program for students and staff.  Please see below for a detailed overview of the testing program, including the testing opportunities that will be offered.

We know that it has been challenging for many families when their ill students are sent home due to current health protocols and asked to obtain a COVID-19 test.  We expect that the upcoming flu season will likely increase the number of sick students and make this situation even more difficult for our families.  An onsite COVID-19 testing program will help us to quickly rule-out COVID with optional, free testing and get your kids back to the classrooms sooner.  The screening program will protect our students, staff, family members, and others by allowing us to identify positive cases quickly and early, which can help us to stop an outbreak before it happens.

Participation in the testing program is absolutely a parent/guardian decision.  YOU make the choice to opt-in by completing an online registration form for your child's school (see below).  By registering for the testing program, you are consenting to have your child participate in weekly screening testing and diagnostic testing when they are sick with one or more COVID-19 symptoms at school.  If you do not want your child to test weekly, please let your school nurse know.

District 20’s goal is to help keep our learning environment as safe as possible, so that our students and staff can Stay Healthy and Stay in School!  We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 data and we will provide notice of positive cases in our schools on our D20 COVID-19 Dashboard to keep our community regularly informed.

You must register each of your students separately.

Please select SPANISH in top right corner of Registration Form for translation.

When you register for the D20 COVID-19 Testing Program, you are consenting for your child to participate in all forms of testing, including weekly screening and diagnostic testing when ill.  If you do not want your child to participate in ALL testing available at school, please contact your school nurse.

NOTE:  District Staff should register at the building where they would like to be tested.
